4 squares BAKER’S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
2-1/2 cups sugar, divided
5 eggs, divided
1-1/4 cups flour, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add 2 cups of the sugar; stir until well blended. Add 4 of the eggs; mix well. Stir in 1 cup of the flour until well blended. Spread batter into prepared pan. Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, remaining egg and remaining 1/4 cup flour in same bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon over brownie batter. Cut through cream cheese mixture with knife several times for marble effect. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift brownies from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 32 squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

4 squares BAKER’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
? cup (1? sticks) butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2? cups flour

1 tub (8 oz.) frozen COOL WHIP
6 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate

COOKIES: Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. or until dough is easy to handle

Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake 8 min. or just until set (do not over bake). Let stand onbaking sheet 1 min.; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.

GLAZE: Place frozen whipped topping and semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1? min. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is shiny and smooth, stirring after 1 min. Let stand 15 min. to thicken. Spread over cookies. Let stand until glaze is set.
